Digital Products (PDFs, E-books, Online Courses)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product (such as a PDF, e-book, or course) has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the duplicate order.

  • Download Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days, and we will provide the correct item or issue a refund.
